Scam Likely is a private assistant with exactly one user: the person who owns the Google account connected to it. Nobody else can sign in to it or use it.
Only to give the user features she asked for: deadline tracking, calendar events, and reminders. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to build or train general AI models.
The data stays on a private home server under an account that only the assistant uses. To answer a request, the assistant may send the relevant pieces of text to its AI model provider (Anthropic), which processes them for that request only. No other third parties receive the data. Other people in the household, including the server's administrator, do not look at the user's mail, calendar, or conversations.
Scam Likely's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The user can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. She can also ask the assistant to delete its stored copies or export them.
